Fitness is an integral part of our training. A student's level of fitness is measured against their general physical health, taking into account factors as such as age, general lifestyle, or limitations caused by previous injury or a medical condition.
There is no required level of fitness and from the off beginners are immersed in an intensive workout regime targeting all muscle groups, involving cardio training and flexibility/mobility training.
Mobility training utilises a broad range of workout techniques drawn from the world of yoga, calisthenics, animal-flow, gymnastics and more.
In addition, nutrition is an essential factor of your overall fitness.
